Design is ubiquitous

Design is ubiquitous

Recently, I went to an Ellen Lupton lecture at NMSU. it wasn’t really a graphic design lecture per say, but she is a really recognized NY graphic designer. What really intrigued me about her and her work as well as her ways of thinking about design is that we live in a world full of both good and bad graphic design; and that sometimes gd is not only print on posters logos or digitally in web pages and blogs but as well is how our lives are designed, how design is in our lives even in the line at mickeyD’s and Starbucks. It made me think that in order to be a good designer you have to experiment everything that you can good and bad and not be glued to the computer doing vectors

I know I was supposed to post on Friday but I think this was worth mention I’ll post again on Friday :3
